Mortgage Loan Officers
Responsibilities
- •Originate residential and investment mortgage loans
- •Build and manage a pipeline of qualified borrowers
- •Provide exceptional client service from application to closing
- •Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and management
- •Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations
Qualifications
- •Active NMLS license (required)
- •Strong product knowledge: Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, etc.
- •Proven origination track record
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- •Ethical, self-driven, and client-focused

Loan Assistants / Loan Officer Assistants
Responsibilities
- •Support Loan Officers with file setup and borrower communication
- •Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
- •Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and third-party vendors
- •Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
- •Help move files smoothly from application to closing
Qualifications
- •Experience in mortgage operations or administrative support preferred
- •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- •Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
- •Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- •Familiarity with LOS systems is a plus
